Well i needed to taste the andouille so i made some red beans n rice and put cut up andouille in it.

Ky dont look ;D

It will probably taste better tomorrow once the beans have a chance to thicken some. But it tastes pretty dawg gone good now ;D

Nepa, that looks Yummy! Do you do a low simmer so the beans will absorb the flavor?

At the moment this is the first thing I'm going to make after coming up from under the mountain of paper I'm buried under. :o Although I'm sure you will outdo yourself before I'm 1/2 way though.
