Noticed at the store they had dog bones for .79 lb....why not! They only had two left, which I had them cut into thirds!

Gave'em 2 hours of smoke (guess which wood) and then another 1.5 hours in the smoker and time to rest for a bit!

At this point I think I'm gonna wrap them up and let them rest for awhile...3 in the freezer, 3 in the fridge and see if they approve! ;D

Oh yeah...We gots to eat also, so within this smoke/cook had a small porkloin and a couple turkey breast!
