tater didn't peel correctly.
burned finger
dropped tater
bailey had boiled tater for dinner cause i couldn't catch him.

the Tater was still kinda firm but bailey did not complain. kinda figure i will stick with the peeler,
but it was a fun experiment.

Once I finished revisiting my teenage fantasies about Mary Ann & Ginger (and that took a while), I realized that I would have very little use for a half-cooked, soggy, skinless potato.

I did try this and it works. It was never intended to be a fully cooked potato, just a means of a quick peel, and back in the boiling water. Myself, I think the skin should remain on whatever you are cooking.
Wifey says "thats gross!" Matter of taste I guess.  ;D

Yeah...I'm with ya SS on the skins...but that video was cute...she's like the Florence Henderson of potatos!!!  :D  :D  :D
