Post by: Up In Smoke on March 22, 2009, 02:10:57 PM
thought i would give the meatloaf fatty a try.
1lb ground beef, 1lb ground pork and 1/4 pound sausage
i grilled/roasted some peppers.

cut into big chunks with some onion,celery,garlic,salt,pepper,1 egg, 1/2 can rotel tomatoes with
chopped green chilis and some cracker crumbs and added a little catsup later.
ready to mix.

then rolled and ready for the smoker..sorry this pic is a little blurry.

Great Idea, I have never tried green peppers in a fatty. Did you use a spicy sausage?
