First smoke done...
The ribs were OMG...slobber..drool...!!smack!! ~ahem~
A bit too much salt given my epicurian palate
Here's what I did:
Spice:
2 TBL Paprika
1 TBL salt
1 TBL cracked pepper
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Dried Mustard
.5 tsp Onion Powder
Rub.
Wait.
Cook. er, 3 hours at 120 of hickory and 3 hours at 220 of just oven.
Drool.
Revoke God in the name of FOOD !!! j/k But it is THAT good.
What did I sustain myself on before a smoker??

Hopefully White...it was beer? :D :D ;D Smokin and beer just have a way to circle around and find each other!!! Hubby and I made the best ribs I have honestly ever done this evening...beer for me...bourbon for him...grilled corn and homemade bbq baked beans!!! We love March Madness!!! Not quite as fun as football...well, not anywhere near as fun as football...but none the less...it keeps soccer off of out tv until I go to bed!!! Then my English hubby "has his way" with his recorded English soccer... ???

Ribs is good eats! And to do them yourself and better than you can get just about anywhere else is an awesome and addicting feeling. If you feel that way about ribs - what will he feel about his first fatty or the bib boy - the BRISKET!
