hey all...

have decided to do some baby back ribs again and here is the start

and hope that they turn out as good as useal... and even  giving some to the management of the hotel im staying out....

as once someone said... have smoke will travel

Beefmann, they look great.  Finish phote should be good. 

I have 8 racks to smoke Sunday AM
Should be fun getting them in 4 rack Bradley.  Will have to trim length (Baby Backs) to fit and then put end pieces in final basket?  Will smoke at 225 degrees for 6 hours then wrap in foil with mop and put in oven for 3 more hours. Will put on BBQ grill just befor serving for a good glaze.
