hey all...

here is the latest the escrow officer has confirmed that the paperwork is in the hands of the negotiator and the investor.. has asked for a deposit of funds to start everything.... ( bouncing off the walls ) so it would seem that we are very very close to being in a home again ... only thing i can say is

YEAH ! ! ! ! ! YEAH ! ! ! ! ! YEAH ! ! ! ! ! ! YEAH! ! ! ! !!

Somebody better tie a rope to the Beefman keep him grounded. All that jumping around and he's gonna try jumping over the moon at this rate.

Man... It's been a long time coming but thank God it's coming to a positive conclusion.
