Title: 1st Attempt At Sausage Bradley 6-Rack Digital + PID
Post by: kawika on April 10, 2009, 08:08:30 PM
Well, I just got my Bradley Digital 6-Rack Wednesday.  Smoked the first Sausage (Polish) today!  I used the Bradley Smoker Controller, Programmable (WS-1200CPH) PID.  The smoker and PID worked flawlessly!  Interesting that the smoker temp read as high as 178 when the PID read 150.  I trusted the PID.  It all worked out.  The sausage is beautiful and delicious! Thanks to all for the answered questions leading up to this!  You guys rock!  Next Saturday, it's bacon!!!  Aloha,  Kawika

Congrats on a successful smoke!
I've got an Auber PID, a Maverick remote thermometer, and of course the dial on the door.  They all say different, and I trust the Auber sensor.  I have a fan too, so I set the PID, and let er run.

get smokin
