Title: DBS Smoke generator acting up

Hello all,

Well started out smoking again the last couple of weekends and today I started having some problems with the smoke generator. Everytime I try to move the temp down the puck advance kicks a puck out. Have any of you ever had this happen?

Hi BCD

You may have a loose connection in the ribbon cable that goes from the display panel to the control box inside the generator.
Open the generator up and check the connection on the white flat ribbon cable coming out of the display
