My first attempt at a fatty was quite an experience. A little too much meat and too thick had a little trouble rolling it but results were great and I learned some good lessons. B) Who care's The family LOVED IT!!! So everything worked out as planned and your STILL the Family HERO and a Smoking God who slaved over the Fatty all day long consuming only minor amounts of Cold Adult Beverages.

I'm smoking a small fatty today. This one is homemade sausage and bacon. 1/2lb sausage 1/2lb bacon all mixed and rubbed with BBBR.
