Great job,if only I had seen that my first time out.My first attempt was the savoury summer sausage recipe that came with the bisquet package.It turned out well enough but had I seen this forum I could have picked up on some tips.[:D][8D]

That's great stuff!  Terrific advice for a newbie.  I especially liked the treatment of brining for a beginner . . . it's spot on! [:)][:)]
