Title: Smoked Bacon, not making bacon, smoked bacon.
Post by: starship on April 21, 2009, 02:08:52 AM
I cooked my "fatty" or Bacon explosion with Pecan wood.  The bacon took on a wonderful flavor.  I think next time I need cooked bacon in a recipe; I will smoke it in my OBS with pecan.

Haven't tried Pecan before.  Now I'll have to see if any came in the variety pack courtesy Wade and Bradley.
