I have just started looking at the BS and was just wondering how many 15lb turkeys can you fit into it at the same time??
Thanks for any answers

Welcome to the forum. The Bradley is the easiest smoker I have every come acrossed to operate, and it is very versatile.

I've never smoked a turkey over 12 pounds, and only have done one turkey at a time, with a couple of chickens. A 12 pounder seemed about the largest size to fit horizontally, but I've seen a couple of posts were some have done a 16 pound bird; it was not clear if they were cooked horizontally or vertically. Judging from a 12 pound bird, you should be able to get two in, when cooking them horizontally; one if you cook vertically.

If you haven't already done so, do a search on "turkey" to get more information about recipes, cooking times, and cooking methods.
