Title: What I Smoked Today
Post by: Blue Legend on July 08, 2009, 03:09:15 AM
This is what I smoked for lunch today

Take some mussells (clams maybe in your country)
Steam open and remove from shells
Place meat back in shell and cover with Thai sweet chilli sauce
Smoke at 100 degrees C  (sorry we don't work with Fahrenheight) for 1 and a half hours and Bon Apetite

BL thanks for the post, you inspired me, here's my attempt today, steamed them open but left still raw
Give a light spray of olive oil them hickory smoked sauce, a dash of garlic and pepper at 100C for one and half hours, perfect
