Rookie family,
Don't be discouraged if you weren't happy with your first smoke. There are Lots of things to smoke. I've seen other posts from people that did not like smoked cheese. If there is a chance that you oversmoked it or used to strong of a wood, I would suggest that you eventually try it again.
I am required to have smoked cheese in the fridge at all times. My wife and daughter love it and the misses is inventing new things to make with it all the time. The latest was a BLT style salad with smoked cheese.

[:D] We smoked a chicken last night. We rubbed with fresh orange, and seasoned with garlic pepper and salt. It took a little longer to smoke than we thought, but it turned out really good...........and, today, we have CHICKEN!!![:D][:D] It is Yummmmmmmy!! Much better than the cheese! He! He!

Smoking food makes everyone happy.It is like an addictive drug[}:)] but with no side effects except for a full tummy[:p].My wife says I'am always in a better mood when that black box is puffin smoke[:)][:)].
