Title: Rainbow trout today

This is two of six I did in the smoker. Maybe a little more done than some people like.

I used the recipe I posted earlier on here. It is a very good recipe. I gave them 3 hours of hickory smoke at 150 degrees and those were the two on the bottom rack after about 4-5 hours.

KDX-

The trout looks great.  Fresh caught or store bought?  I can't find trout at our locl fish guy that has any size to it.  As Kummok says, looks like bait. [^][^][^]
