Tommy - You know I'm one of your biggest admirers when it comes to new ways to use TBE and "outside the box" recipe development, but where would I get ground chicken (and, more importantly, why)?

Thank you Ka Honu, for a guy of your stature to say that makes me feel like what I do is worth the effort.

Any store here or WAl-Mart should have ground chicken. I made these as a way to get the flavor of wings into a nice portion for a side dish.

It's low in fat so that another reason.
