Howdy,
Been making sausage and smoking meat since I was a boy on an Illinois hog farm.
I've come to learn some new tricks.
Welcome
You were a boy on an Illinois hog farm?
Hang loose.. You gotta meet "SquirtTheCat"...
He hated all the work so bad growing up on an Illinois farm, that he won't even look at dirt anymore...
and he pretends he can't even work a screwdriver.
At least until he needs to tweak his smoker compound...
wyo, Welcome to the forum and it may be you that teaches us. We will help anyway we can....just ask.
Welcome fellow Illinoisan "child of the corn"..
You've made it to Wyoming, I'm still stuck here!
Welcome to the forum wyo.
I'm not sure about tricks but you'll certainly meet a bunch of characters ;D
Welcome, wyo! We moved to Alaska from Cheyenne - the wind blew us out of there... Looking forward to hearing more of your expertise on sausage.

The pic is nearly 20 years old. I doubt if I could pull that off again.
I'm holding moose liver Braunschweiger, a weekend project by itself!

Cool! How'd you do on Kings? I went a couple of times with no luck, but we had great luck with reds.

Kings were a little slow, one of the guys got one a little over 70. I got a 45.
The reds were great!
That high water was something!

45 lbs is a very nice fish! Yeah we flooded three times this summer and had to pull our dock each time - got pretty good at it. I think the high water affected the king run and made it a little harder to get them.
Welcome aboard Wyogoob ! Ah! Wyoming. Did 3 hunting trips out there. Once in the Big Horns and twice to a friends ranch south of Gillette loved it. Your living in paradise.
Welcome
Welcome to the forum, from the looks of your picture we might be learning a thing or two!
