Since 2 or 3 years, i'm looking to buy a smoker. Very very interested in BS, stainless steel. Is there anyone who tried it in the winter, I mean Québec winter: right now, it's 10°F. How is it working with that kind of weather? I'm french canadian, and I make a lot of grilling all year round.
