Title: Morton Tender Quick

I have read several posts on the subject of morton TQ and how you can adjust Prague no2 to simulate it, but I would rather buy MTQ, does anybody know who can supply it to the UK ?[:o)]

I found the following link that compares the three products.  The Morton TQ appears to contain substantially less NaNO2 and NaNO3 than Prague #2 and it also has equal amounts on a weight basis unlike Prague #2.

Len Poli (see link) has a great website for all things sausage and uses a Bradley as well I believe.

I order mine from http://www.eldonsausage.com/ and had no problem getting it delivered to Switzerland.

BTW, where do you get your Prague Powder #2 ??  I need some and I've been looking for a European source.
