Title: What type of jerky gun should I get? And what else do I need?

I've seen them from $14 and up. Never made it before, so not sure what to look for.

Thanks

I use a Jerky cannon from L.E.M works well but when doing 15/20lbs it takes about 1 1/2 hours to shoot. I need to look into the attachment for the stuffer. You also might like to use the jerky screens they hold the strips nice. I mostly use my Cabela's dehydrator but sometimes smoke then move to the dehydrator. Many on here make great looking jerky in the Bradley. Others will be along soon with more advice.
