I cold smoked 3/4 cup of kosher salt with 6 pucks of oak. I then put it through my spice mill to powderize it.

I put it in the blue measuring cup to show you the salt powder.

Wear one of them paper style respirator mask thingies cuz the fine dust will get to you.
