Title: Chicken and cheese sauce
Post by: Phone Guy on April 30, 2005, 12:35:33 AM
One of the family favorites is one out of a "Georgia Cook Book"

Chicken:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Thaw, salt and pepper, and brush with mayonaise (I didn't say this was low fat)then roll in bread crumbs. You will place these in a greased pan (not touching) in the oven at 350 for about 45 min or until chicken is done.

Cheese sauce:

In a suace pan put,

1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup milk
stir these together then add,
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated chedder cheese
1 teaspoon of dried thyme leaves
cook over low to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring to prevent burning and dont let it boil.

Serve the cheese on top of the chicken.
We love broccoli too so we always have that. This is a real easy recipe and real delicious.[:p]
