Pretty stoked. First attempt.
Basic recipe that has been marinating for 30+hours
3.25 pounds of Round
1 1/3 cup Lite soy sauce
1 1/2 TSP of liquid smoke
1 1/2 TSP ground pepper
1 1/2 TB brown sugar
1.25 pounds of nice looking look round flank
Soy, sweet asian paste, liquid smoke, and terayaki baste.
Let's see what happens
1/5 hours of hickory and Jim Beam
150 degrees
Cook till done
