Hi
Just tried cooking all four varieties of chicken drumsticks without smoking.
1 shelf with Chinese Glaze
1 shelf with honey Glaze
1 shelf with Pepper Glaze
and one shelf plain.
They didn't last long enough for me to photograph them when they were finished but I thought you might like to see the colours before I started the cook.
