Once the smoke cycle is done, I have been finishing sausage, sticks, bacon etc by steam using a hot plate and a pan of water. I take the smoke generator off, run my hot plate cord out and cover the smoke generator hole with foil and cover the heat element with foil. I would like to find another tower or cabinet that I could set up for this steam process and leave it set up that way. No smoke generator, heat element, V-pan or racks. I don't care if the outside of the cabinet is damaged or if it heats up, just so the door is on. I checked with Bradley but they do not have anything at this time. Can anyone help me out? Thanks
