Title: Off Topic - Recipe for Canning Tomatoes

This will be my first attempt at canning crushed plum tomatoes. Need to buy canning jars but have no idea how many pounds of crushed flesh (no seeds/no juice) it takes to make a quart. Also need a fool proff recipe. Thanks
