Title: Trout on a Traeger?
Post by: bpnclark on September 06, 2010, 04:27:53 PM
Anyone have any luck smoking fish on a Traeger? My dad caught some big trout and wants me to smoke it. I live about a 1 ½ hr away and really don't feel like taking it home, smoking it in the Bradley and driving it back. So I'm thinking of smoking it on his Traeger. Anyone try it?

Smoke setting and place the fish on the left side, the right side (stack) gets hotter.
