The wife picked up a pork shoulder roast that had been sliced instead of kept whole. So, I used the Hot Smokin' Gal's recipe for smoked pork chops (from the Tried & True Recipes) and made smoked shoulder steaks:

When I was actively involved in boy scouts with my son, we used the foil cone many times. It makes a fine smoker.
