Title: Camping Smokes
Post by: seemore on October 01, 2010, 06:07:05 PM
The wife picked up a pork shoulder roast that had been sliced instead of kept whole.  So, I used the Hot Smokin' Gal's recipe for smoked pork chops (from the Tried & True Recipes) and made smoked shoulder steaks:

Also, one week I forgot the Bradley at home, so smoked ribs this way:

All in all, some good eats while out camping.

Seemore,

When I was actively involved in boy scouts with my son, we used the foil cone many times.  It makes a fine smoker.

The proof is in the results and your results look great.
