Just wanted to say hey to everyone, glad to be here. I look forward to chatting with everyone, I have to say I was a little leery buying an electric smoker as I'm a Texas boy whose parents own a BBQ restaurant, I was a little worried I might be disowned lol!!!  But I got my Bradley on clearance at Academy for $88 so I'm excited to fire it up tomorrow morning!!!!
