Title: fridge time?

ok snack stix.   you grind ...mix...season...stuff and put in fridge.    whats the MAX time you can leave in the fridge before you put in the smoker?

And if I remember what Kutas writes is that fresh sausage should be vac sealed and frozen or cooked after no more than 3 days.  If it has cure in it then I don't know how long it will last.  I am sure someone will chime in with the answer on this.
