KyNola and I were chatting offline about splitting up a big order of Head Country. I played around with the sizes and shipping $$ and came up with the best bang for the buck.

Fortunately, it came soon enough that it can go in the Paducah Express that leaves the station on Thursday morning... (saving us a bundle on shipping)
My 1/2 is in a similar container - in the freezer - for now.
I get the sauce down here but have yet to see the rub in stores.

Ooo! Ooo! I know! I know! Pick me! Pick me! 120 pounds of hickory pellets and 3.5 pounds of Head Country Rub. :D Hope there's room for some Starnes sauce to go back the other direction.
at the pace you're smoking it'll only last a few weekends ;D
Glad to see KyNola has a quick replacement for the lb of Head Country he sent me. Thanks again! ;D
Woo Hoo!! Just found it!! My local H-E-B carries the little 6 oz bottle. Been wantin to try this stuff. Really love their sauce. I think I'll put it on my butt and see how I like it. Sorry for that... couldn't help myself. ;D
Rub it and put your butt in the smoker! :D
It's very good on ribs as well!
If you have ENOUGH OF IT IN A BUCKET...
It makes a good bus weight to keep you from sliding around on icy Kentucky roads too!
