Title: Leftover dough
Post by: Northern_Smoke on November 25, 2010, 06:17:09 PM
So the wife was doing some Ukrainian bread stuff(?) for a lack of a better word haha. If i could spell pesenka and the other things i would type it out for you. Well she had leftover dough so i decided to just use it up.

I have a feeling that slicing it up could be a little sketchy haha. We might end up with a bunch of balls...kind of like that monkey bread.

I like that Rope bread.

Might have to give that a try with my sweet bread!

Rope bread we designed for "just grab a chunk" style. I never even tried to slice it!

It actually turned out really well. I was expecting that if you tried to cut it you would just have a bunch of little balls falling off. When i moved it all the pieces that were bumpy seemed like they would fall off. Well this morning i ran out of other home made bread for french toast and cut this one up. I was quite suprised that it held together perfectly.
