Well, my smoke generator has arrived ;D
The old fridge smoker has served me well, but smoke was always an issue.
Not anymore though!
The generator is now hanging there nice and shiny, so shiny that is almost looks out of place.
I will be taking it inside when not in use, but had to hang it there for the pics.
The newer looking racks are for my jerky trays.
One more 10 pound batch of jerky and I will be taking them out and doing the polish, summer, snack stick runs.
Can't wait to get this thing dirty!
