was marvelous. I just got some tuna and needed a quick recipe and found yours under the grilling thread. It was very good. In fact, it was so good, I will use it again and again.

Hey, Smokin MOe --I'm glad you enjoyed it. I find it interesting to see people eat grilled tuna for the first time who claim "I don't really like fish" until they get the first bite.[:)] Our salmon fishing season is so abysmal here so far , I may be using that recipe for tuna more than I have previously.
