The fajitas were easy..
Left over smoked brisket, chicken, onions, green pepper.
The spice came from here http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Seasoning-Mixes/Mexican/Fajitas-Seasoning-Mix.aspx (http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Seasoning-Mixes/Mexican/Fajitas-Seasoning-Mix.aspx)
and I added some Mas Guapo ;)
And of course we had sour cream,tomatoes,lettuce, jalapenos and cholula on the side ;D
Some "Finish " pics would have been nice, but
