Real cold today (not as cold as 10.5 area) so cheese time again. 3 hours of cold smoke apple.

Buffalo wing cheese that's a new one. Hey its not cold here it was 23ยบ today

Yanceys buffalo wing cheese is good stuff.  :)

It was 10 F going to work this morning, we had a high of 14 degrees. Supposed to be colder tomorrow. Then warm up some on Thursday.
