Title: A little later in evening - but before Momma got home - caney still playing
Post by: Caneyscud on December 15, 2010, 05:30:11 AM
Well the sandwich wasn't enough.  Notice some smelt that I had not cooked yet - so for some reason fish taco came to mind.  Don't ask me why, but it did.

Here is caney's smelt taco.  Not sure those words actually go together

Low Carb Flour Tortilla, White sauce (cream cheese, sour cream, Hellman's mayo, lemon juice, garlic (lots), chopped green chilis, chopped jalapenos, and touch of Cumino), fried smelts, red sauce (a little white sauce mixed in with Hatch enchilada sauce), jalapenos, cabbage

Not bad, but catfish, cod, or shark is better.  But had to try it.

Looks great Caney. I am just a little less technical on my fish tacos. Fried fish, Pico De Gallo, cheese
