A friend of mine put in a request for some Jerky before he heads back to ChiTown.

Stopped at my Butcher and he hooked me up with some Top Round, BB Ribs and a block of Hot Pepper Cheese. Looks like I will be busy this weekend.

I'll keep you posted.
