Title: chuck and chicken

i would like to do a 4 lb whole chicken and a beef chuck on sunday. any suggestions. i have been using alot of jan and mr browns lately. all good. would like to do the chicken upright. also i have the OBS. thanks in advance

I don't believe many of us do chicken and beef at the same time because of the contamination possibility. If you're going to do chicken and beef make sure the beef is above the chicken and not the other way around. Good luck!

MAYBE SHOULD THINK ABOUT THIS. ANOTHER POSSIBILITY ? HAVENT BOUGHT THE BEEF YET
