Title: pork tenderloin and meatloaf

i am smoking 2 tenderloins this weekend and 1 venison meatloaf. bacon wrap 1 tenderloin and cajon inject the other. also bacon weave the meatloaf. have done several tenderloins and pull at 150, question is  is 165  the right temp for the loaf. meatloaf is premaid at a local processer and really good by itself, but this should be better.thanks

that is a bit too high for venison.

Did he tell you the ratio of other products 9Pork) mixed

With the venison?

no he didnt, there maynot even be pork in it. i can call him though. just dont want problems. thanks
