I had 15 chicken legs that I cooked in TBE using the leg racks. The Tommy Ring was loaded with applewood and hickory. The legs were seasoned half with Pinch of Sizzle All Purpose Rub and the other half with Pinch of Sizzle Memphis Rub. About 45 minutes in the TBE and then I was in leg heaven. Very moist and juicy as usual with TBE. Served with Mainstreet Scalloped Potatoes from Costco ;D

Ha Ha Pete. It was a Costco pack. There were 30 legs so I cooked 15 and dropped the other 15 into the chest freezer ;)
