Got some new rubs to try out this week - some in a package from wyoduke (thanks, man!), and some I smuggled out of Louisiana..

We're about to get walloped again with some snow, but I hope to try some of them this weekend.

I have the Yellow (original) shaker of SYM, but not the Red on on top.

What's dat?

I also have a White one that is white pepper blend.

The Red one is the 'Hot' variety...   And it's a solid lump.   I'll have to cut it open to shake it out and whisk it before using.

Now thats a bunch of new rubs to try out in one weekend, better invite friends.  ;D

I have used that Western Style Steak seasoning, it goes GREAT on a deer loin steak.
