Title: Rib time

Smoked some ribs wile the race was on, got every thing before the green flag.

A few ribs.

Cut each rack in half and put on some Gun powder, thanks Testrocket, on this rack.

Put John Henry's Pecan Rub, Thanks Sonny, on this rack.

Put some Secret Weapon seasoning, Thanks DADKOTA, on this rack.

All ready for the smoker.

In the smoker set at 220 F with 3 hr Pecan after the smoke spritzed with Apple juice EVOO mix, no foil here let that go another 2 hr then applied a light coating of Johnny Fleemans Legendary Bar-B-Que Sauce, thanks Caney, and let that go for an hr.

Only served half of each rack and this is all that was left of them.

Thats my rack holder upper.  ;D

It makes it allot easier to carry a bunch of racks out to the smoker, load it up and take the whole thing.

I also use it when bringing things to room temp, lets air get all the way things.

Has a slot for a drip tray also.

Made it outta scrap re-bar.

Those look real good.
Thats it, I'm going to have to do some BB ribs in my OBS.
Only had it 3 weeks and have smoked 4 loads of bacon a fattie and Jerky 4 times but no ribs or butts yet.

I'll have to say they all were GREAT.

The GP was on the salty side and the garlic stood out.

The John Henry was on the sweet side and all the flavors blended with the smoke.

The Secret Weapon was on the spicy side but not hot.
