Title: five pound porkshoulder roast

Did this up yesterday for supper, used 4hrs of hickery and took about 9hrs to cook. My wife and company both loved it. We did a dry rub of Valeries(a local rib and yard bird bbq joints own rub and very good A tad salty and spicy but perfect on pork) also paprika and cajin.

Out of the obs and getting a FTW for a few hrs

Half of it that was pulled for sammies the other half is for hot pork with pepper gravy for tonights supper.
