Title: sockeye salmon recipie needed please

this is my first time smoking salmon and was looking for a good link for brine. lets see what you guys come up with.  Thanks for all your help.

If you go to the fish section of the forum where you posted your thread there is one of the best on the forum

Kummok's Smoked Salmon is the standard on this forum as far as I'm concerned.  Look for the thread at the very top of the Fish section.
It's titled Bradley Smoked Wild Alaskan Salmon.

I did trout using that recipe and it was just like eating candy  ;)
