Title: Salmon Jerky From Jerky Post
Post by: NePaSmoKer on April 17, 2011, 05:27:45 PM
Going to continue the post here being the jerky is not smoked.

I ended up getting 3.5 lbs of steelhead instead of salmon at the tune of $32

Deviated from the original recipe and added 1.5 cups soy to the marinade also. Doubled everything else because i ended up with 2 1/2 lbs of fish.

Before doubling.

soy

I ended up mixing it all together and warming to open up the spices. Let cool before adding to the fish.

Got the fish cut.
