I made tonight's chicken using the "country chicken" recipe on bradleysmoker.com and smoked it with apple bisquettes. I ran into a snag, my chicken smoked but the smoker never got above 104F. I ended up taking the chicken out and threw it in the oven. I called Bradley (5 min before they closed) turns out the one cord wasn't pushed in all the way. Weird I cooked the brisket on Sunday no issue. The lady at customer service said I'm not the first person to call about that. I had checked all the cords before I called. Customer service said when you think it is plugged in keep pushing, show it who's boss! LOL so I showed that plug just that! Heated up no problem! I can't believe we ate two whole chickens! Good thing I smoked 3!
