We are going to put these two bad boys in the smoker very early in the morning, have them loaded with mustard and will load them up with Jan's rub...and a couple of spitzes of apple juice...Oh!!! Yeah!!

ghost they look good. Did you bast them with anything while they were in the smoker? I am going to smoke a couple this weekend. It will be my first try at it.
Yep !!! apple juice every once in awhile... when they came out of the smoker I hit them again and left them rest for awhile before pulling...good luck with yours...
