To Be Continued..
Holy Buffalo chicken cra*p, this has got my attention! All of my favorite stuff.
Now ya'll KNOW that's going in a smoker!
Hit it!
Do ya bathe in it??
DANG!!!!
That is gonna be good ;D
Pat I know that am 7 or 8 hours ahead of you but
IS IT DONE YET
HR
That does look good and I am not even a chicken fan.
It spent the night in the fridge getting happy. I'll pull it out in a while and pop it in the oven - before we head up to Hal's..

Ok, I might take the cover off of the Traeger... :D
The MAK is so greased up from the pork butt, it would erupt into flames if I cranked it to 350°.
Don't ask me how I know that. (ruined a perfectly good pizza once.. or twice..)
It just needs 20-30 minutes of heat to melt everything together.
My hat of to Nepas for originally posting this recipe. I've also seen others make it with pulled pork, chopped bacon (hence the reason I got the ranch w/ bacon dressing), chopped jalas, rib meat, etc.
The original recipe called for blue cheese, but 9 out of 10 of us can't stomach it, so I went with the mozz. That wing sauce has a rich cheese base to give it that blue cheese 'twang'.
;D :D :)

Sounds better, you had me worried for a moment. ;) ;D
THis is a real cool recipe i like the looks of it ;D
It's definitely got potential... I made a double batch - we'll see if it needs more tweaking.
Well, it looks like it is going in the oven for now.. We'll reheat it in Hal's big Stump smoker.
Oooooooohhhhhh does it smell good...

D@mn near dropped the pan when it bent. I've got wrapped and in a big casserole dish for transport.
Ok, this stuff was killer good. Brought home enough to spread on a couple chips - the rest was devoured.
Yeah... I think we put a pretty good DENT in that dish! ;D
That looks killer! Was a quarter cup of Starne's too much or OK? Jan's been hinting for me to tackle this.

1/4 cup to 3/4 cup Buffalo Wing sauce was just right.. It had a slight punch, but nothing over the top.
Thanks Pat! May sub smoked white cheddar for the shredded cheese you used when I tackle this. Or maybe smoked gouda.
Larry, I think he nailed it --- It had a punch, and yeahhh, coulda been a little hotter for CRAZY ME...
But, the gals all said "wow... that's kinda hot -- the heat really sneaks up you..."
Yet, they kept gobbling it up!!!
So, enough heat for anyone, but not too hot for a crowd.
Just perfect.

Told ya that stuff was good. We have to hide the leftovers from the kids, or it will evaporate before your eyes.
Yep, definitely a keeper.
I used Ott's Wing Sauce - they are out of Carthage, MO. Same ingredients as Hooters wing sauce, for 1/2 the price. ;)
That looks like the gooey stuff I stuff in tortillas, cover with sauce and call enchiladas. :D
I thought about putting some on my smashed pork sammich... That would have made a mess out of Hal's griddle, though. ;D
I'll have to double it next time..
Aint that why he keeps his griddle in the garage? So you can make a mess. :D
